Billing & Refunds
1. Free trial
Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
2. Plans & pricing
- Monthly: $10 per month.
- Annual: $110 per year.
Current pricing is always shown on our Pricing page. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include any applicable taxes, which may be collected at checkout depending on your location.
3. Automatic renewal
If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions then renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, matching your plan) until you cancel. You authorize us and Stripe, our payment processor, to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
4. How payments are processed
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy for details on how billing information is handled.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings via the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a canceled period, except as described below.
6. Refund policy
Because every subscription starts with a free trial, you have 7 days to evaluate the Service before any charge occurs — cancellation during the trial means you are never charged at all. For that reason, once a billing period has been charged, we generally do not offer automatic refunds for that period.
That said, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue caused by the Service, or have some other good-faith reason for a refund request, contact us through our contact page — we'll review it and are generally happy to make things right where appropriate. Approving a refund request is at our discretion and does not obligate us to grant future requests on the same or similar terms.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), we will retry the charge over a short grace period, during which your access continues uninterrupted. If payment still cannot be collected after that grace period, your account will be paused until your billing information is updated. You can update your payment method at any time via the Stripe billing portal in Account Settings.
8. Price changes
If we change our pricing, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change applies to your existing subscription. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
9. Comp / complimentary accounts
At our discretion, we may provide complimentary accounts (for example, for testing or promotional purposes) that are not subject to the billing terms above, since no payment method or subscription is attached to them.
