How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up you enter your card, but you're not charged for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise your subscription begins automatically at the plan you chose.
How much does it cost?
$10 per month, or $110 per year (which works out a little cheaper than paying monthly). Every feature is included in both — there are no tiers or add-ons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Account settings and open the billing portal to cancel in a couple of clicks. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then the account simply stops renewing.
How do I change plans or update my card?
Everything billing-related lives in the secure Stripe customer portal, reachable from your Account settings. You can switch between monthly and annual, update your payment method, and download invoices there.
Do you offer refunds?
Because there's a free trial before any charge, we generally don't offer refunds for subscription periods already started. See our Billing & Refunds policy for the full details, and reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable.
Do I need any special hardware to scan tannery tags?
No. The scanner uses your phone or computer camera to read barcodes and QR codes directly in the browser. If a code won't scan, you can always type it in.
Is my shop's data private and secure?
Yes. Each account's data is completely isolated from every other account. Access is protected with strong password requirements and automatic lockout after repeated failed logins. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Can I use it on my phone in the shop?
Absolutely. The whole app is mobile-friendly, so you can add projects, advance stages, and scan tags right at the bench.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for as long as it's open. You can export your projects to CSV or PDF at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all its data yourself from Account settings.
